Jean-François Vachon

After studying at the I.T.H.Q., Jean-François headed for Europe and completed a stage in France. He returned to Montreal and worked at Les Caprices de Nicolas and at Globe with David Macmillan. He then took the leap to chef at Club Des Pins. After that, he continued as chef at La Bastide and the very famous Café Ferreira. In the spring of 2006 he became chef and part owner of the restaurant M sur Masson in Montreal.
