Active on the Montréal food scene for twenty years as a grocer, cook, and bread baker (at Le Petit Breton artisan bakery and at Olive & Gourmando), Marc-André knows his stuff. As a freelance baker, he imparts his knowledge to others through classes and workshops.
He has studied cinema, cooking, anthropology, and translation, and is a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America
