*Hazelnut cake

INGREDIENTS - ( portions)
300g hazelnuts
6 eggs
200g sugar
100g butter
1pk prepared yeast (available at Dante store)
METHOD
-Divide the egg yolks from the egg whites and place in two separate bowls.
-With a hand mixer, beat the egg white until they form peaks. Reserve.
-In the second bowl, beat together the egg yolks and the sugar.
-Add the butter and the prepared yeast and mix together. Reserve
-Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind until they are finely chopped
-Incorporate the ground hazelnuts to the egg yolk mixture
-Fold the egg whites into the mixture. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and place in the oven at 350ºC for 30-40 minutes.
-Let cool before serving
