INGREDIENTS

- 16 endive leaves
- 125 gr of smoked salmon
- 125 gr whipping cream (35%)
- 1 tbsp French onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp chives (whole sprigs)
- 1 tbsp tarragon (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
METHOD
- -Whip the cream and add all the ingredients except the chives
- -Wash endives and cut the salmon into thin slices
- -Spread 1 tsp of the cream mixture on the endive…top with a slice of salmon and chives
