*Biscotti choco canneberges

INGREDIENTS - (12 portions)
½ cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup chocolate chips
2 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix sugar and butter for about 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time stirring continuously.
In another bowl, combine ingredients.
Stir the two mixtures (add a little flour if needed).
Divide the dough in half and shape two rolls flattened of a width of 6 cm. Bake at 350 ° F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove dough from oven. Then cut the roll into slices with a thickness of 1 cm. Put the biscotti in the oven at 300 ° F, about ten minutes on each side.
