
Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
12 Portions
2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp grape seed oil
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
300 ml milk
2 cups blueberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup granola
Method
Preheat oven to 375 ° F.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine milk, egg, oil and vanilla. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture.
Add blueberries and white chocolate. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into 12 greased muffin cups.
Sprinkle each muffin with granola.
Bake muffins 25 minutes (or until golden).
