Thank you Marc-André Cyr and Elena for another great class at Mezzaluna. My daughter and I attended the class this morning. What a treat to listen and watch somebody so passionate & knowledgeable about a subject. And the spread that Elena put out for lunch after….delicious. Can’t wait for bread 201!
My husband and I had a wonderful time at your cooking class. I took a lot of notes and I will definitely try making gnocchis very soon. And I will also sign up for other classes in the future.
I especially enjoyed eating the gnocchis afterwards and I loved the wine. Especially because the wine was from Cortona, where our vacation home is.
The course was as always very interesting and entertaining. Elena and Audrey make a great team. It is fun to watch them at work but that never seems like work.
The recipes are well explained and even better to taste.
