For his young age, the experience and Vincent’s route have nothing banal. After working in restaurants in Paris and London, he returned home to become second at Au pied de cochon.He was responsible for kitchens “La cabane au pied de cochon” Newly associate with Martin Picard, Vincent now operates ‘La cabane d’à côté’, 38 places , located in the wood, with traditional kitchen on wooden evaporator.
