
Panna cotta

Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cream (35%)
1 1/2 cup natural yogurt
3 sheets of gelatin or 1 pouch
1/2 vanilla pod
Method
Let gelatin sheets soften in a bowl of cold water.
In a pot, heat cream and sugar. Add the vanilla seeds. When the sugar is dissolved, take away from heat and add the well dried gelatin sheets. Mix well to let it completely dissolve.
In a bowl, add yogurt and cream mix. Mix until homogeneous.
Pass the mixture through a strainer, pour the panna cotta in glass and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
In a pot, cook blueberries, sugar and lemon juice for 20-30 minutes.
Let rest until served.
