
Strawberry, chocolate, watercress salad
Ingredients
6 Portions
600 g watercress (washed and dried in salad spinner)
2 baskets of local Quebec strawberries (washed, cored and cut in quarts)
8 g 70% dark chocolate (grated with coarse grater)
Balsamic vinegar
Cinnamon
Planeta Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
In a large bowl add the water cress, strawberries.
For the salad dressing, in a bowl mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Then pour on top of salad.
Serve with grated chocolate on top.
